  • I think that it would be a conservative estimate to think they could completely gone in 100 years. If trends continue how they are now, it might not be hard to think they could be gone sooner.
  • I'm sorry I don't have a real answer to your question, but they may not be around as long as we think. Not only is there a problem with a lack of food due to their habitat disappearing, they are also beginning to mate with grizzlie bears. Eventhough this will create a new species, it will quicken the extinction of the polar bear.
  • Depends on how old they are....The average lifespan is about 25yrs so, if they are 7yrs old they could be around for another 18yrs..
