Help answer this question below.

I have a 2001 ford taurus that looses power to the fuel pump, the fuel pump relay is new, all fuses are good and there are no frayed wires. when the fuel pump wil not energize I can "jump it" by hot wiring the fuel pump. Does anyone have any ideas?
