Is an Anglican Priest allowed to baptise children whose parents do not go to church?

    Generally, at least one parent needs to be a practicing communicant. It isn't the norm for Anglicans/Episcopalians to baptize children whose families are not Anglicans themselves.

    Talk to your priest about what is allowed in your diocese.
