Yes, daily. I work with abused children, and the people who deny it. When I get home and after dinner and a talk with my 16yr old, I like to take a bubble bath and listen to soothing music. It helps for awhile then my mind begins again!

A new love will help. Other than that you have to do it yourself. I found writing about it(not to make money)putting down everything you have been doing for the last three years. The things you enjoyed in one collumn, the others in another. Add up each row to see how much they vary. Then try to cut as many as possible of the bad things and add some things you would like to try in the place of those you have cut?????????

I like to write and surf the net, mindless really sometimes I find things to write about on the net that helps thank goodness for spell checkers though wish I could get away from that ... ~Nemo~
