Healther benefits but they tell us now that means $900 twice a year (if we qualify) that can only go towards a health plan. Oh and I see why cause they do group interviews yet when I asked while being hired if I was the only one being Hired or if they were just gonna hire a bunch and see who made it My now boss told me I was the only one being hired. so alot of people waste their time and dont make any money all because of this company lieing alot during interviews.

Unless you have a written contract with a company for employment ; you are out of gas ... All a judge or an attorney will say is ..QUIT and find another job ..... plain and simple.

I know people are going to complain about this comment, but the reality is that you have an equal bargaining position as the company. If you wanted to ensure that you did not have to do cold calls or work nights, then you should have negotiated a contract that says as much. Lying is not illegal. However, how do you know that the company lied? A lot of companies are changing their business practices in this economy. If you had a contract, you could hold the employer to the terms of the contract. If you don't, your remedy is to quit.
