Yes - I not only looked at it when I posted my first question,, but I have included it as a link in a couple of comments to new users (trying to encourage them to check it out for their benefit).

Yes - when people were rating me as unhelpful short and simple are the best questions - maybe so but i think long ones with a good point are also the best questions too!
