I need a good graphic arts computer (IBM compatible). What is the best choice? I'm confused by all the options. Need something I can do flyers, newsletters, etc. on with FAST processing. See answer for more. Thanks!

I was looking at an HP M9500Y computer pkg at Best Buy for $979 and it seems like a good deal. But, then I was researching online and there are other options that seem faster, but with not as much memory, etc. This is confusing. Any assistance would be very much appreciated! Thanks!
