  • When people say that, what they actually mean is, "I'm about to say something racist, but I don't want to hear any bitching about it."
  • its pretty much a fact that when someone says "i dont mean to offend anyone, but" that someone is about to get totally offended. i guess they feel they are warning you before and you shouldnt take exception to it? ;)
