My task manager and anti virus software has beign made disabled by system adminstrator.how can i come out of it

Unplug ehternet cable. Boot to cd--rom where your antivirus dick will be. On reboot the computer will scan itself and remove malware.

it is more likely that you have been infected by malware, and it is that malware that has disabled the AV and TM, and possibly regedit as well. Going in via safe mode may allow you to run your AV, but if not, go to this site and download their latest malware tool - it is free and very good http://www.malwarebytes.org/mbam.php
