Do you believe in the paranormal?? How can a person know there is life after death?

Not sure I believe in the paranormal - love reading about it though. As far as "knowing" there's life after death - I dont, but I hope, 'cos I want to be reunited with all those I've lost, including my cats.

I believe that our spirit lives on after our body dies. After watching my mother die and I had heart surgery, I believe there is life after death from some of my experiences.

I don't believe in the paranormal. The only way to know if there is life after death is to die and find out yourself.

Don't you think it would spoil everything if we knew what was ahead. If I knew there was a land up above where everything was perfect, why would I stay here? I don't know what is ahead, maybe nothing, I cling to life for as long as I can.
