Ima minor with an alcohol poss. charge. I graduated my drug class with clean urine tests right away, but my drug teacher wrote on the paper (which I have to turn into court) that I still don't feel that marijuana is dangerous. Does that effect my chances

• If you don't see that doing drugs and alcohol, then driving could is a danger to our kids walking the streets.. then I give up.
  Yes I am MADD.. and for good reason.
  Sounds like you are not taking these into concideration..

• I was in possesion of alcohol,not under the influence. I was in the BACKseat of the car when we were stopped with two other adults (Who did NOT get charged,including the driver) I didnt purchase the alcohol,nor planned on consuming it. I'm not against alcohol, though I could NEVER bring myself to drink and drive considering my bestfriend for 10 years lost her sister because of a drunk driver. I just happen to not be against marijuana, for personal &medical use that is.
