What did I eat today...hmmm, same thing as you which is: Cereal (breakfast), Uhhh, two mini hamburgers with fries(lunch), and rice with soup + meat. mmmmm. :D

Goetta and Eggs with some OJ for breakfast. 2 unfrosted strawberry pop-tarts And some leftover Chicken Alfredo pizza from larosa's. And way to many energy drinks.

I have been dieting - 11 days on and then 3 days off. Today I had toast & coffee for breakfast, a latte and some cream sponge (my granddaughter's birthday cake!) for lunch, a vegemite sandwich about 4pm and calamari rings & french fries for dinner. Tomorrow I start the 11 day cycle again.

Not a great deal and most of it was junk: a chocolate muffin, salt and vinegar crisps, a strawberry yoghurt, a breakfast bar type thing, some cheese (just on it's own!) and a bowl of muesli mixed with cookie crunch.

Breakfast: The same almost every single day since late 1997: Oatmeal with raisins and Coffee with Milk. Lunch: The same since 2003: I take to the office one ice box with one ham and cheese sandwich, one apple and one diet cola. Dinner: Different every day, for today: Fried Chicken with rice and beans and chocolate chip ice cream for dessert. I am planning for tonight the same since 2005: Two pieces of toast with sandwich spread and one glass of Orange Juice...

So far I had a bowl of oatmeal with raisins along with some eggs and a protein shake. I just finished off a helping of homeade chicken marsala and penne pasta.
