Oliver Wendall Holmes I think summed it up pretty well in a supreme court decision he handed down about 100 years ago He said in that decision Free speech does not give one the right to yell fire in a theatre when there is no fire just because he has free speech I didn't put quotations because I am not looking at the excact quote so I don't think it is word for word but it is the jist of what he said in that decision

I think shouting "Fire" in a crowded dark theater when there is no fire is NOT free speech.
