What is the technique for a back walkover. Not the abilty and all that stuff just the techineque.

    Go into a backbend. Shift your weight to your hands as you lift your legs upward. Your legs continue forward, with one leg slightly in front of the other, into a tripod (two hands, one foot). Step onto your second foot as you lift your hands; straighten.
