Yes. It is so hard for me to get to sleep that the idea of getting up is downright unbearable

Yes! I always make sure I have plenty of time after I get up to sit quietly listening to quiet music, drinking my first cup of strong black coffee, and having my daily 2 ounces of dark chocolate. If I have to get up while it is still dark outside, I have a low light or candle until I have had my first cup of coffee. I turn on the lights and do a little reading and have some toast or something light with my second cup of coffee. Then I am ready to face the day! If I don't take this time, I am out of sorts all day long.

It is the very worst part of EVERY day. I feel exactly as you do. I hate my first 20 minutes of the new day. It is depressing. I dread it every morning.
