There is a ratio all over nature that is also all over your body, it's called the divine proprotion/golden mean/phi. It's equal to 1:.5*(1+sqrt(5)) ~ 1:1.618. Your height should be the same as your armspan, your armspan is broken down into this proportion. Fingertip to opposite shoulder:Armspan. Elbow to opposite shoulder:Fingertip to opposite shoulder. Lower arm:Elbow to opposite shoulder. Elbow to wrist:Lower arm. Hand:Elbow to wrist. All in all, height divided by phi 5 times ~ 0.09 times your height. Just under 10%. This is the ideal proportion, so yours won't be exactly dead-on. Mine is 11%, biology never follows maths exactly. However the closer yours is the better.
