  • Most business's won't ask that question unless it is required to be employed there. Places that might question you would probably be for cashier, handling accounts children type business etc. I don't think it is against the law for an employer to ask that question. If it's a misdemeanor not involving immoral turpitude, you migh still have a chance. However, you would not be on top of the list for being hired. My opinion Only
