  • Woah. 6 years... its been 4 months and i've told my girlfriend i loved her, and she absolutly lit up :D. It depends on the girl.
  • I think it's always better to prepare for the worst situations whatever it can be...
  • That should have been a safe amount of time, assuming you've been dating. But of course, there's no clear cut answer. I told my s/o after about a month.
  • That is a very delicate question and thing to say, dod, if I may. (grins) You really have to know the person you consider saying that to really well, even to the point of almost knowing how she will react before saying that. Also, you should consider how many friends that person has and what the romantic chances, or even chances of love with them are. Also, a lot of people have trust issues, and dropping the L bomb, as I call it, can rustle up feathers, and not in the hot and heavy good kind of way. The best thing you can do is be mature about it, and purify your emotions to maximize your chances of hearing the ideal response in the future upon saying it yourself.
  • 6 years is a long time, im suprised it didnt come out around year 1 and didnt get backfired.
  • love is not about safe, it is about love. you should tell her when you feel it. if it took 6 years to feel it then why did you stick around?
