I am so glad that you asked! Are you ready for the name of the absolute greatest place to pick up warm, loving and caring chicks....? Go to PetSmart! The women are prescreened to have empathy on us less fortunate of the species and they almost always take a stray home. I mean those gals are hot with their cute dogs and they have money too! What more could you ask? Don't go there!
