  • I'm no lawyer, but I'd be astonished if the power of attorney was legally binding, given your signature on it is forged. If you don't have one already, get a lawyer. Don't forget to mention that you're not the babies father, lawyers can be a bit slow at times.
  • Technically, you may be able to do something thru legal channels. Realistically, there's not much you can do except lick your wounds and realize that people are at their absolute worst during a divorce. However, it should be in your best interest to hire and attorney if you don't have one already and sort this out thru him/her, an attorney is the most qualified to do it. On your own, you may be able to pursue a claim thru the military and she may have to pay them restitution but don't be too hopeful. During a divorce, things tend to be less than fair or black and white
