We went for a walk across the Golden Gate bridge. When we got to the middle we stopped and leaned on the railing to watch some dolphins that were swimming in the bay. He leaned over, whispered "Whether I live another 50 years, or 50 days, I want to spend them with you." Then he pulled a ring out of his pocket and asked "Will you marry me?" Of course I said yes, and then when I reached to take the ring he said "Don't drop it!" :)

My husband proposed to me in a speeding boat on Charleston Harbor. Immediately after I said yes, he jumped out of the boat! It was kinda scary but pretty funny at the same time.

My husband kind of asked me twice. Once was as a promise ring, at a near deserted beach, rather private cove, lovely and romantic. And then after he had asked my father for my hand, we did it formally and officially at Disneyland as we went across the park in the Skyride going past the Matterhorn lol!!!

My ex husband asked me at a restaurant. The only reason why I remember it is because he said, "Will me marry me?" I should have taken that as a sign. Knowing what I know now I would have said, "Sure, I think you would make a great married couple- you only think about yourself.That "me" must be one heck of a fella"

My marriage proposal really sucked. It was done in front of the mom-in-law and I already knew it was coming because she ruined it and told me.
