Pain may not be because of a tight vagina. Most probable reason: Your hymen. There is a membrane called hymen that covers up the entrance of your vagina. If you have started having periods, that means the hymen has developed a hole so that the blood can leave your body. Still, trying to insert anything inside your vagina (a finger, a tampon, etc.) may hurt. That is why the first sexual intercourse is usually painful for females: Because hymen is torn during that. It causes some bleeding (apart from menstruation), but there is no harm done to your body through a torn hymen, so don't worry. A hymen may cause pain even when your boyfriend is extra-sensitive. A way to end that pain once-and-for-all is to tear your hymen, which doesn't cause any harm to your body, and doesn't affect your health. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- If you have already torn your hymen OR if you are sure that the problem is your non-loosening vagina (which has a lesser probability), then... First of all, when you are aroused enough, your vagina loosens a little. If you think that's not enough, there is another tactic to loosen vaginas. Tell your boyfriend to insert his index finger and stroke downwards (towards your anus). This will loosen your vagina.
