Not just for being older, no. But it's good to remember that sometimes -- not always -- wisdom has a tendency to be correlated with age. That's just a generality, it doesn't apply to all cases. The amount of respect you should afford to any person is ultimately determined by your experience with them, not any abstract idea like age.
