Hurricane. There's no electricity so all you can do is sit in the dark, listen to the rain hit and the wind blow and hope for the best. We stayed at a hotel during Rita and we weren't very entheusiastic about going to look but everything was OK There is still quite a bit here that hasn't been repaired from Ike. Including my roof. Fortunately it's minor but there are many, many blue roofs (covered with blue tarps)around here I still need to get someone to pull some dead limbs out of the Elm in the back yard. It's about 30' up and I have no intention of going up there. It's about 6" in diameter and about 12' to 14' long. The wind just folded it over and it broke.
