What is better Windows 7 32-Bit or Windows 7 64-Bit? I have a Q6600 processor does it even support 64-Bit? I've been told that a Windows 7 64-Bit takes 300 MB memory, when 32-Bit takes 700.

More than likely you'll need at least 2 GB RAM to actually have Windows 7 work at anything less than a crawl.
