  • Realistically, every second day is not a great deal to see real changes in your body. I'd say exercise 5-6 days a week. Try alternating between cardio, and weights. Weights are excellent for weight lose too. Work out your calorie requirements, have a deficit of around 400 calories. (If you need 2000 calories per day, eat 1600). And cut out the bad carbs completely (sugar, candy, white bread, pasta etc), eat only good carbs, and make sure you eat plenty of protein.
