The use of anti depressent medication has become a bit controversial. I have taken these meds. and have benefited from them. Have you taken SSRI's and do you think you have benefited from them?

• Good point! As I said in my initial query I was helped by SSRIs but Zoloft was a funky drug for me too. What happened was that I couldn't well, cum. And as far as side effects go, that's a hell of one. Gaining 80 pounds, that's serious. I ended up on Lexapro for six months, and it was helpful

• Hi Indigo.. I took Lexapro for about 18 mos. and I think it saved me. It really helped me. Who knows? Maybe I should save myself.
