Yes, but I dont think there is a magic way. You just have to build up a tolerance. A glass of milk and an exederin before you go to bed will help.
-
Lots of water, and 800 millagrams of ibuprofen before you go to bed. Salt intake helps also.
-
Drink a lot of water before you crash. It really helps keep the hangover to a minimum.

I don't think there's a miracle solution that will completely erase the posibility of a hangover but you can take action to minimise the effects of alcohol. Drinking a glass of water inbetween or whilst drinking alcoholic beverages will keep you hydrated which is very important as alcohol dehydrates you! Hence why alot of hangovers involve or feel very much like headaches. Therefore, taking a headache tablet before bed may also be beneficial to your pre hangover. Eating well during the drinking period will also help as I think the food will help in absorbing some of the alcohol (so I've found). Finally make sure you get plenty of sleep post drunkeness so your body can rest!!! By using all of these wizz bang techniques you should at least feel better knowing that you have taken steps to minimise the chances of suffering a severe hangover. If you still have a minor hangover, believe it or not EXERCISE can help you recover faster!!! Hope this helped and Happy Drinking!!! p.s. don't drink drive!!!! :^D

I have never had a hangover in my life! And it's not because I curbed my drinking. Maybe my body did build up some tolerance, but some others in my family are the same way. It could be a recessive gene factor! <I'm sure now people will be asking for our DNA to check out...> I have never had to take any magical or miracle wive's tale cures. I don't know how I do it, I guess I'm just lucky in that aspect.
-
I have the opposite of what most are saying. I used to have a high tolerance before my son. Now, its little to nothing and I'm buzzed. Rather annoying really. But because of this, I never have a hang over. My body can probably process it all in a few hours. :)
-
take a vitamin b tablet before you go to bed. or sobre up a bit before going to bed
-
Chaser!
-
A glass of butter milk helps ..

Sure. If you get drunk at midnight, you may be fine by the next day which comes in 24 hours.
-
sky vodka, at least that's what i've heard.
-
water helps
-
yes I can. Thanks for asking.

I've never had a hangover even when I've gotten majorly drunk and could barely remember what I did, I still haven't woke up with a hangover the next day. So for me yes its totally possible, maybe for others its not!
-
What works for me is to drink a tall glass of water with Excedrin before bed. It also helps if you make sure that by the time you go to bed, you're not sick feeling, just buzzed. Never go to bed feeling sick or with the bed spinning! Only been hung over once in my life and I never want to relive that.
-
Ok so I've actually never had a hangover, so I'm not sure if I process the alcohol remarkably fast or if I'm not prone to hangovers or what, but here's what I do. First thing, I try really hard not to drink until I pass out. I've found the longer I stay up after I stop drinking before going to sleep, the better I feel the next day. Even when I'm completely gone, I'm downright anal about drinking a buttload of water before bed. I try to drink one 16 oz bottle for every 1-2 drinks I had, if I can remember how many I had! I chase that with a couple of Motrins and take a glass of water to bed with me and sip that whenever I wake up (which is frequently...I don't sleep well when I've been drinking). Oh yeah and WHILE I'm drinking, I munch. Keep some tortilla chips or chicken wings on hand; I don't fill up, I just graze for a while. And by doing all that, I've never had a hangover :) Happy drinking!

ALCHOLICS do it all the time! They just never know they have one... :)
-
The main cause of a hangover is a toxic chemical produced during the fermentation process. This chemical is known as "congeners". Some liquors have more than others. Dehydration also causes you to feel bad. Drinking water intermittently will help and eating before you go to bed will also help. One thing that can really make a differnce is taking a couple of activated charcoal carbon capsules with water before you go to bed. It works pretty well.........but beware!!! Not only does the charcoal carbon pull out most of the congeners, it also strips away most vitamins and minerals. Taking charcoal carbon on a regular basis is NOT recommended. It also will turn your stool VERY dark the next day. LOL yuck!!! Activated charcoal carbon capsules are available at most GNC's and like retailers.
-
Lots of water can cure anything!
-
Some people do and some people don't..it's rather odd
-
The main ingredient in a Chaser pill is activated charcoal carbonite. Buying activated charcoal carbon capsules from GNC is less expensive. Everyone likes to save money. :)
-
Some people never have hangovers at all, they say eat mashed potato before you drink , or drink milk. and drink at least a pint of water before you go to bed after drinking. I would have thought if you were drunk yiu would forget the water.
-
Yeah that's what scared me sober - over a year now

I don't get hang overs, but I would NOT suggest taking any kind of pain relievers, analgesics or anti-inflammatories whilist drinking or within 8 hours of drinking more than perhaps one glass of an alcoholic beverage due to the fact that it can cause liver damage and other problems. I'd say maybe drink a sports drink that has sodium in it because when you have sodium intake, you're more likely to retain water, and usually when you drink you get dehydrated, so retain some water, drink it up, and have a good time. Please stay out of your medicine cabinets! Lol. Drinking + medications don't often mix...unless you're going for that effect.
-
i always get hung over ..lol
-
I have never had a hangover in my life, and I've drank A LOT, I guess some people are luckier than others, or I'm just mutated
-
Yes, Vodka won't give you a hangover.
-
Yes I used to all the time and that's scary
-
i have never been drunk. tipsy, but not drunk. whenever i drink, i make sure to eat something. i usually also drink pop inbetween(sorry about spelling)drinks.

It's a matter of replacing the nutrients flushed out of your system by the alcohol. There are a number of supplements you can take to avoid a hangover (such as "Chaser") if you're willing to drop a few bucks, otherwise it's a good idea to drink lots of water, take some vitamin B, and don't fall asleep drunk--stay awake and sober up a bit. The key to staying fresh feeling once you wake up, is to eat a protein-heavy breakfast and be sure to avoid consuming anything super sugary, like syrup or donuts.
-
There IS a sure way to not get a hangover. Don't get drunk. It's not good for you. However, here is a site that has a very good cure for a hangover. And it's not one of those crackpot cures, like greasy foods or lotsa coffee. http://www.soyouwanna.com/site/syws/hangover/hangover.html

i usually drink once a week, and have a good go at it but have only had 3 or so hang overs... ever. not sure how i do it, i just always seem to pull up ok. i don't drink water but i usually walk home so maybe it's the cold air or something???
-
I drunk nearly half a bottle of vodka once and had to check the next day that I actually drunk that much as I didn't have any sign of a hangover.
-
Drink lots of water or gingerale when you get in the feeling heavy stage and and slow down at that point. drink lots of water again before bed.
-
Yes. I've done it plenty of times. Before you go to bed drink plenty of water, take 2 paracetamol (my favourite method) have a huge cup of tea, as the milk and tea will calm the stomach, eat a banana or two, eat something salty like crisps to replace the ions lost, etc Those hints are not to be done simultaneously by the way.
-
It all depends on what you drink, how much you ate, how much you drank, your alchol tolerence, and if you throw up the night b4. so on and so on. I drink like two weekends a month, and i rarly wake up with an hangover. I drink one thing and one thing only, georgies vodka lol. I usually drink a pint and i wake up tired but not hungover. I honestly and stupidly drank a liter and a half of georgies and woke up fine. I have had hangovers before, usually when i mix drinks and dont get much sleep. Its not a good feeling as anyone who had one will tell you. But if you want a better chance of not having one, make sure you dont drink on an empty stomach, drink plently of water before bed or before you pass out lol. Try and get sleep, you might very well sleep through a hangover. Its all different on the person. But those couple tips are good for a better chance to avoid em.

I do not know but, i think i will have one tomorrow.
