Orthodox Jews are more serious and try to follow every word of the Torah while regular Jews try to follow the meaning too, jsut not as strictly. However, they are both Jews.

Orthodoxy in Judaism is a branch of Judaism. the three main branches are Orthodox, Conservative, and Reform. Orthodox Judaism is the most conservative and observant and Reform is generally the most liberal. If you want to know more, we can tell you and some of the other answers are correct. All of the branches are Jewish.
