On Answerbag? No. In real life, yes. One question in mind: "Would I live happily ever after?"
-
Yes and I actually did pay once for an answer. The price was 7 USD and it worth every penny. :)

Not me but people pay for tarot reading, isn't that an example? A consultation with a lawyer would be another case of paying to have a question or questions answered
-
Definitely. I had some car questions, and I actually was able to pay an ASE-certified mechanic to answer them on JustAnswers.com. It saved me some trouble, it was worth it.

Yes, One and a half years ago I did pay for some answers. I asked here but got no replies and I was desperate for help for the cat in my avatar who was dying from hepatic lipidosis. So I went to Just Ask and placed a question there for a few dollars and they put me in touch with just the perfect person who had nursed her own cat through this and not done the surgical tube feeding. She told me exactly what I needed to do, what his chances might be and how to talk to the vet to get the supplies I needed. The vet had basically given up on us. But she filled us with hope. Whenever I had a question, I could talk to her and I thanked her so much becuase Caesar would not be here if it hadn't been for her help. I even gave her a tip, besides the fee. It was the best $20 I ever spent! If I had a serious cat health question I would for sure write her again.

Yes but the one answering it would have to possess a genuine crystal ball or something.

you could stand on a street corner and offer to answer questions for a dollar a question. you could pay them, or they could pay you.

A lot of people will pay to learn the answer to a question they have. Some sites are even based around it. Would you pay $17 to learn the answers to the question - I cannot pay my mortgage how can I keep from loosing my house? Sure most people probably would. Not to mention some people would simply pay for the answer instead of searching around for it. They just might be lazy or maybe their time is more valuable to them than that. If you did consultation for businesses and got paid $150 an hour would you rather spend 2 hours searching google or pay $17 to get the information handed to you?

Isn't that what we pay the doctor for? Answer our questions and make us better. Very simple terms, I know.
-
Yes. Doc, am I sick?
-
Mechanic - whats wrong with my car? Dr - whats wrong with my health? Lawyer - what should i do about this lawsuit? Financial advisor - wheres the best place for my money? Translator - what does this document say? Therapist - whats wrong with my head? Bookie - who ya got in the third race? Informant - who shot J.R?
