Yes. As for the rumor that it can destroy your sense of smell, there's no clinical evidence to suppoert this. Does Zicam work? It's hard for me to tell. It won't prevent a cold, but it may shorten the duration. It's not much fun to use, unless you're used to snorting gell. But if it's that or suffereing a cold for two or three more days, I'll take the Zicam.
