I probably would worry a lot less about global causes and more about local ones. Either way, I guess it would be an alright way to spend my days.

Well I have wondered what it would feel like to win the lottery and not HAVE to work and then do worthwhile volunteer work. And have fun too of course.

I have, but I don't want that kind of power. To choose who gets the benefit and who doesn't would be a very difficult decision. I don't think these types of decisions should be made by just one individual with a single point of view.

I would so love to work with/for Bill & Melinda Gates for that very reason. I think if I were a multibillionaire I'd join forces with them..they've been doing it so long and are doing it so well, it would be an honor. I'd just turn over all my multiple billions to them because they know so well where the greatest needs are! :)

its not fun to manage billions of dollars. people try and steal your money all the time. one has to have a giant staff to manage that kind of money. it turns into a night mare.

It's hard to believe that anyone out there with a heart hasn't daydreamed about that..at least one or two.. million times.
