I like sex for the attention it gives. I wouldn't consider myself a sex addict, but my boyfriend does. I ask him to make love to me every day, because he stopped months ago and Still Doesn't)Does this make me an addict for wanting it?

It makes you needy but not an addict. Most men will want it at least once a week up to every day depending on the strength of their sex drive and age. I would consider less than that abnormal for any sexually healthy male.

The thing that caught my eye was the bit when you said''for the attention it gives'' I then read further and saw that you explained that you ask your boyfriend to make love to you brcause he stopped making love to you months ago. I don't think that you are a sex addict, however, I feel that you are using sex as a way to get attention from your boyfriend which isn't a good thing because whilst you are doing this then the real problem (which is that your boyfriend is not giving you any attention) is not being addressed. In my opinion you need to sit down and ask your boyfriend what the problem is, and you both need to have a frank and open discussion, if you are having sex just for attention then it isn't healthy....Speak with your boyfriend and find out what is going on with him...Good luck...Armarna.
