Make Sure You Place Your Ring Finger On The Desired Fret And Bend With Your Middle And Possibly Index Finger As Well. Use Equal Pressure Against The Board And Pushing Up And It Will Really Take Load Off Of The One Finger. Of Course, If You're Already Doing That, Then Just Keep Doing It Until The Calluses Get Thick Enough To Prevent Pain. YOU'VE JUST BEEN BUMPED!!!!!!!!
