  • Yes, and perhaps more so. Soulfully, humans have an upper hand with the ability to enhance or destroy theirs or another soul. Cosmically speaking we are all on an even playing field. Also consider that just by answering this question, I have messed with it's cosmic soul and it has messed with mine and the plant remains intact.
  • I do not know about the soul but the circadian rhythm would lead us to believe in some connection on different plain.
  • I don't believe in a cosmic soul, per se, but I do believe in coul-stuff, that is shared among everything. When something does or is destroyed, its soulstuff returns to the Well, and when something is born / created, it is imbued with soulstuff from the Well. Sometimes, people get pretty pure "scoops" of soulstuff, where it's almost all from another being. This is what happens in reincarnation. You have to get a really pure dose of soulstuff from someone else for that to work. It also is how "totems" work - people get soulstuff with lots of bear or wolf or eagle soulstuff. I believe that plants are people, just like any human. I also believe that animals are people, and mountains are people, and the weather is people... I fall in the Animist side of Druidic thought. People are people, no matter what shape, and vital to the world. Plants are just as important as animals or humans.
  • I beleive that originally ALL things were created equal. Unfortunatly humans have become so self centered that they think they are the best thing on this planet. All humans seem to be able to do is destroy what is there for self gain. As for a soul - everything has a soul - everything is hurt when it is injured. And everything goes back to the cauldren or wheel to be reborn in another form, at another time.
  • No. Not really.

  • I would say a cosmic soul exists and we are all part of this whole, all interconnected. All living things are part of a whole and each is important in the scheme of things.
  • What is this question asking? Did you inhale the cosmic soul of a cannabis plant recently? ... Plants, like humans, are made up of proteins. Plants don't have eyes, eardrums, olfactory bulbs, taste buds, pain receptors, a brain, a heart, consciousness, sentience .... What exactly is a "cosmic soul"? If it means mass (all of which was in space at one point) then many trees have more mass than humans and therefore a bigger "cosmic soul".
