Ive really sore eyes my eye lids are red and my eyes are blood shot also my vision is blurr, does anyone know what this could be please and anything to help with the red ness and sore ness please?

I have to underscore what the first answerer says: You have to see the doctor! Don't play Russian Roulette with your eyes....

- oh, in that case, I would suggest washing your eyes out for a while, there may be some dirt or excess mucous which is causing inflammation. if that fails, going to a hospital/medical centre may help somewhat.

- thank you im gonna try get an app at the doctors 2m but may be difficult as im forces and its not easy going to a civilian doc my eyes are really killng me bad thanks for your answer

That is something that you should go to the DR. for and find out.
