You don't. You have to ask a question and then write something like: "See video below." Then post a video in an answer to your question. For example: http://www.answerbag.com/a_view/252815 [Though in this example I have added links, not videos, to my question.]

This is now possible! Just include the embed code of the video in the designated box in the Ask page, and it'll appear next to your question!

Just copy the embed code and paste it into your question, it should work.

When asking the question, insert the URL of the youtube or other video page underneath the "question box". Don't use the embed, but the URL - according to the instructions.

AB-Joel explains it well in the AB blog, located on the right of the main page. Anyway there is a box under where you type your question in that always you to insert the embedded video file from you tube.
