1. use mayo to make chocolate mayonaise cake from scratch 2. spread over raw chicken and bake...keeps the juices in. 3. use really cheap mayo for hair care...spread it all over your hair and put a shower cap on and let it sit for about 30 min...wash as usual...your hair will be soft and silky. 4. use a dip for french fries instead of ketchup.

The most unusual use of mayo is in a Waldorf Jell-O salad. I like to cut up broccoli and cover the pieces with mayo mixed with mustard, sprinkle with cheese, then bake it up till the broccoli is tender and the cheese is melted (also works in the microwave).
