They should just move if the people there don't like them that much, I wouldn't want to live in a place that hates me for who I love to make a law against it

Absolutely not. This week, CA's Attorney General stated that he will not support nor defend the "unconstitutional" removal of state-given marriage legal rights that Prop 8 represents. He specifically mentioned that LGBT marriages do NOT have to be changed or annulled until court rulings in 2009 on the legality of the proposition, if ever.

No they shouldn't. No one should be able to force a couple to divorce, but then, no one should be able to stop a couple from marrying in the first place. As to marriage being a religious rite, what a lot of rubbish, a marriage is a union of two things, those things might be a man and woman, a man and man or two companies. I do not even recall a place in the bible that says a man and woman must enter a church and be married by a minister, only that once they sleep together they are joined for life. Do I feel that all churches should perform marriage services for gay couples? No, like any club they have a right to set their rules, but they don't have a right to push their rules on the rest of society.

A divorce is not needed when a civil act is nullified by the civil authority.

Nope. The marriages should remain legal and fully reconized.

no they should not and from what i learned they can't be forced to get a divorce either, seeing as their marriage was legally recognized at the time of the union.
