Often, Some of the wrongs I have done I can not fix. I think it is only natural to wish to make amends for things you have done that have negatively affected others. If you can do something to fix them then go for it otherwise perhaps it is best to move on... Especially if it will hurt someone new if you fix the wrong.

usally ends in me gettin hurt so not really

I do, yes, some people at least. Especially at this time of year.

Of course, This means you have a working conscience. If you have that feeling than do it. You may not be able to mend all broken fences but will do wonders for yourself in accepting your wrongs.
-
yes...and I usally do make the amends even if it has been elongated.

I have spent a good chuck of my time trying to un do the things I have done wrong in the past. The people I have hurt, the (in some cases) HORRIBLE things I have done. It's all a part of being sober... Makes it easier to live in your skin making ammends and it feels really good especially when you are genuine and really mean it.
-
I have done that insofar as I could find those people.
-
In my life, its the other person that needs to do all that. I was the best person I could be and still kept getting s**t on.
