Guys, is it true that your feelings are that easy to understand. If you are simply not into a girl, you just don't call or make the effort? Or could it be more complicated.(you are scared or intimidated or want to take it slow and not look desperate etc)

I would say for the most part, yes. Most of us guys are simple to understand and any girl that would say otherwise is simply over complicating us.
