The different groups within the human race are ethnicities, not ‘races’. We are all part of one race, the human race. The concept of different human 'races' is a social construct; it has no place in biology.

Yes,I'm white and fell in love with a black woman,as I saw her as just a woman and never really noticed she was black.I also almost married an asian woman,and again I never noticed her race.If peolple can't see past someones race I truly feel sorry for them and what joys they miss in life by not experiencing others who seem foreign to themselves.

It is impossible for me to date INSIDE my race. I'm a mixed bag of about 12 different countries/ethnicities. My kids are over 20!

I live in Montana so there isn't a TON of diversity here but there is some. I dated a Filipino girl once. I really want to date one of the Asians who have recently settled here. I love asians so much.

In my opinion, "race" doesn't seem to be much of a factor when trying to delevelop a healthy and happy relationship with someone; I do believe, however, that "culture" plays a much crucial role, even between people of the same race.

Yes. We all can. However, there are perferences. Choice. Some chose to and some chose not to---doesn't matter. But if you have someone in mind and you are afraid to date them---you may want to evaluate why?

my husband is black and I am white. I personally don't see color but for some it is obviously a problem. out in public we see alot of prejudice on both sides of the spectrum. So i must say it is not an easy feet. But it is well worth it. we love each other and thats all that matters to us.

My experience so far is that people are the same everywhere.

Dating outside my supposed race would be hard - because I am a mutt. I've got a little bit of everything in me (and no you wouldn't believe it if you met me - because I have blond hair and blue eyes).

I think I could date a non-mutt - even go all the way. I could also date any kind of non-mutt if they had that kind of witt and charm that I require - even without it one date would be alright.

I am old enough and experienced enough to know that dating outside my race by appearance would bother some. But then I am also powerful and confident enough as a man to not give a damn.

(As a side note I have dated outside my race-by-appeances)

I have had 3 g/f's in my 46 years of life on this earth. Two out of the three where caucasion like myself and were even Italian and Irish like myself.

The last one my beloved late fiancee was hispanic Puerto Rican to be more precise. I do not make it a habit of dating based on race. I look for certain featurs and qualities in a person I choose to have a loving comitted relationship with.

If that person was a different race from mine I would have no issues whatsoever with it.

Love is not based upon what skin color one is. It's based upon mutual understanding and respect for each other and nothing else should matter at all.
