How many of you get anxious and worried as soon as your anti-virus software gives you a message saying that you've received a SpyBot worm, Trojan Horse etc?

I usually am not worried.

It doesn't bother me the first time. If it keeps popping up over and over again or I run my scan and get several of them I bypass worried and hit panic

I'm not really too worried. The most worried I have been was when I got a notification that I had a password stealer, but I immediately changed my passwords (and my antivirus software) and suffered no ill effects.

I've never had that happen, but I keep my security updates current.
