Im 17 and shes 13 and ill be 18 in 4 months and she will b 14 in 10 months , WE have no intention of sex till she is old enough, we r in australia so is it legal to still date as long as sex isnt involved...? what exactly can and cant we do at the moment?

no sex is good. talk to your perents if your intentions are true then you can talk to them tell them the same thing you told us. here in america it's only breaking the law if your having sex.

you will move on to uni or out of school either this year or next. soon you will notice a huge difference in age, as you move into legal age here. she will not be able to join you as you move forward into life. she will still be a high school student for another 4-5 years. you need to think hard what you really want out of it. your ages are at a big maturity difference right now. you are legally an adult, and she is still legally a child till 16. you are getting into some really serious issues here with the law, be careful. one question, do her parents and your parents aware of your relationship?

Physical acts can go as far as hands on genitals, I think (no penetration...) LEGALLY. But when it comes down to it those are just legal definitions, police will hardly bust into the apartment of the 16-y-o boy who slept with a 15-y-o girl. MORALLY... I wouldn't be going as far as hands on genitals anyway, she's THIRTEEN. Give it at least two years before you start thinking of doing ANYTHING more intimate than chaste kiss on the lips. "Dating", however, is not a legal term, so there's nothing illegal about it, provided your intentions are good and you're not exposing her to anything bad or, you know, smoking weed together :P

Run away to mexico! nah I'm joking, that just seems to be what everyone does when things like these happen in movies :P well you really love her, youll figure it out. our help is useless appart for maybe a little confidence booster, you'll find you will always do whatever you like anyway cos you know the sittuation better than us. on the other hand if you dont really love her than I'd personally just let it rop and move on because it will be hard to keep the relationship going as you progress in your lives

Listen why are you hanging out with a thirteen year old any way there is no way you guys have that much if anything in common you should be hanging with the guys on friday not babysitting I know you don't realize it now but to be fair to her you need to walk away and let her grow up in 4 years if you and her still want to be together more power to you trust me there is still a lot of life to come and don't make it harder than it has to be with things like this you know its not right or you would'nt ask the question so your own conscience answered you

Its ok, I'm in your shoes, i love her to death and she loves me, we have been seeing each other for 2-3 years now, and we are waiting till shes a bit older so we can start dating. She has no mom :( and her dad does not live with her, she lives with her sister, her sister found out that we were falling in love and felt it was wrong for us to date. She told my parents, now she wants me as far away as possible. But me and her dont lose hope, we're just waiting a bit more.
