To disobey authority gives you a BIG burst of adrenalin, which people tend to enjoy, so talking about it reminds them, gives them a bit more. Huzzah, a drug-addict is born.

Because it's attention, it's a way for them to feel like 'somebody'. It fills up the emptiness inside of them

Because it can be exciting.
