  • Avoid extremes of temperature. Drink lots of warm liquids with honey. Some people swear by including alcohol, but don't add too much, it will just dehydrate you. Use anti-inflammatories lik Aleve (naproxen sodium). Also use some kind of decongestent like guaifenisin. (sp?) Gargle with warm salt water. Make sure to get lots of rest. That should have you up and chirping in no time!

  • Ive just found out that it might be laryngitis, is this worse? will my voice come back in time? :S
