  • You could try writing them down, then fold the paper and stick it in your nightstand or someplace with the thought....THERE, THAT'S DONE, I can think about this later if it matters so much then. Drink a hot cup of herbal tea, or warm milk (which I can't stand the taste of personally unless it has chocolate added to it..lol) Tell yourself that in the past you have always managed to cope and create a safe and happy life for yourself, therefore, you will continue to do so. Count backwards from 100 as if you are both saying the number and repeating it...100...100, 99...99 and so on...that usually drops me around the 70's. Get some Calms Forte from your local Health Food Store...homeopathic remedy section...non addictive.
