Having worked an internet help desk for over 4 years I did see issues like this once and a wile. I am going to assume your friends that can connect to the site fine are not in your same neighborhood or maybe have a different internet provider. My advice would bee to contact your internet provider’s tech support and ask them to walk you through a trace root to www.rakion.net. What the agent should bee trained to do is from the information that the trace root provides is figure out weather the issue is on your internet service provider’s end or some where else on the internet. When going to a website you actually go through thousands of internet providers and each visitor can get to the same site a different way that is why your friends are probably able to get to the site with out any issues.
