  • Naaah maybe you just eat the wrong foods.
  • Whats your fiber intake? How old are you? You may want to try a body cleansing- clean out all that stuff that builds up.Story goes John Wayne has 20 pounds of undigested meat in his intestines at his death. Did you know your body doesnt digest red meat? It remains until it sort of rots and breakdown in your gut. Clean yourself out and you may find relief.
  • You probably eat alot of fibre. When fibre gets wet, it absorbs the liquid and, therefore inflates. This leaves you feeling bloated which sometimes isnt a bad thing because it puts u off eating more!
  • Could be what you are eating that is bloating you. Watch your salt intake. That can cause edema and swelling. Drink plenty of water. That usually helps flush your system.
  • too much alcohol, carbonated drinks and too little protien will cause bloating. If its really uncomfotabler you might want to see your doctor to rule out any problems.
  • Say it isn't so...you've got the monthlies?! And weren't you the one who mentioned hermaphrodites? Just kidding. You don't look fat in your picture. I'd guess it's too many carbonated beverages. I feel like that when I eat too many carbs and when I drink too much diet pop. Switch to nothing but water to drink and cut back on any refined carbs.
