It is difficult to explaing. I like her still a lot, I think she is beutifull but she does not drive me sexually any more. I'm not bored with her because she is a fun person to be with. When we are togheter I do not feel like been inttimate with her. I could be just fine holding her and falling a sleep with her on my arms. This is driving me crazy because I think she deserves better than me, but I do not want to lose her. Very selfish of me, I know.

I was going to ask how long you have been married, but then I figured it doesnt matter. If you truly love her and dont want to lose her, then you will be able to find the strength to rekindle what made you fall for her in the first place. Unfortunately, every answer you read wont mean anything if YOU dont really want to stop. Help is available in many ways - meetings, therapy, friends, talking to her - but bottom line is motivation and determination that can come only from you. No one in the world can help you unless you truly want to help yourself first. Sorry to put it straight, but I dont know any other way.

When I think about telling her, I think about how much she is going to suffer. (yes I know, I should had though about that before), I think that I should be the one who should be suffering, not her.

Thank you KruEllaDeVillE for your lines. I have been married for 5 years. I think that very deep inside me, This is the first time that I feel very strongh about changing. Tonight was my first steep, there are many more to follow. First I think I need to come up with a plan. (therapy or consuling) then I need to go back and try to find what change everything and work on it. Again, there are many thinks to come and to do. Thanks again for your lines.

wow, your pretty much a piece of shit in my book but you should tell your wife if you have at least a little respect for her, which you might not because you cheat on her. Let your wife decide if your even worth it anymore....
